Governance and Management

Governance is concerned with goals, principles and structures that define who can make what decisions, frameworks, policies, rules, and processes that define or constrain day-to-day management activities

Management responds to daily circumstances and performance by taking daily actions. Managers should be guided or constrained by established governance documentation.
